Students need a good environment to practice what they learn. Yelex Institute provides it. Hence I don’t only learn from books but also from a unique training program in all business aspects. Having gone through the system and training from Yelex, I am now clear and confident with my values, ambitions, and future career.

The cohesiveness among seniors and juniors is strongly emphasized in Yelex. The seniors here are very warm-hearted and patient. They definitely won’t find any excuses to reject us and do give us a hand when we face problems.

The culture in Yelex is all about “sharing” and “leading”. Newcomers will be guided by seniors. Additionally, yelex has a program called the “Apprentice Program”. The AP program provides us a real workplace to practice what we have learned from the text books. In other words, we learn practical things in Yelex. I feel myself improved in my studies and I am given opportunities to join a lot of activities and trainings to gain lots of pre-working experience.

Normally, we gain knowledge from the books, but without practice, it is pointless. Yelex is special because it provides us a program which is known as AP program. For example, some of the tasks require dealing with government officers using good communication skills and we learn to work in teams and gain practical skills. This is the studying life that I wished for.
